Jon Zorn,  president of Focus Management Services, is a licensed California real estate broker. He earned a Masters Degree in Education from the University of California at Santa Barbara, and holds a Certified Property Manger (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM)—the only property manager in the Hemet/San Jacinto Valley with the experience and education to have achieved this designation!

This level of professionalism allows FMS to provide more than nuts and bolts services; we serve as an expert advisor in formulating your real estate investment goals and devising a plan to achieve them.

Jon literally grew up in property management and has been an active owner/operator/investor of land lease communities and rental housing for more than ten years. He is active in the industry as a member of the California Apartment Association (CAA) and Manufactured Housing Educational Trust (MHET). He is particularly active in the Western Manufactured Housing (WMA) Association, sharing his expertise as a frequent seminar presenter, article contributor and committee member.

Jon is also a native of the Hemet/San Jacinto Valley with an intimate understanding of the challenges and opportunities presented to real estate  investors locally and in surrounding areas. He lives within an hour’s drive of hundreds of land-lease communities.
